Quint Essential MedSpa & Wellness bears the name of Dr. Thompson's beloved son, Quinton, whose life was tragically cut short due to suicide on June 17, 2017. In the face of personal adversity, she was inspired to create a nurturing space for healthcare within their community. Thus, Quint Family Care and Quint Essential MedSpa & Wellness were established, reflecting her enduring commitment to compassion and healing.

Quinton loved music and was the drum major at his high school. He was constantly facing internal battles, but you’d never know by the smile on his face. You will see a picture of Quinton hanging on the wall as you enter our office. His presence is with Dr. Thompson daily and gives her strength to press on. He was a significant encouragement during Karen’s educational years, as he supported her desire to become a nurse practitioner. The "QUINT" in our logo is actually his handwriting.

This practice was built from the ground up, straight from Dr. Thompson’s heart. It is our mission, to treat each patient like family and help them reach their esthetic goals.
